Booking Process
- Submit your inquiry form
- Receive and accept your quote
- Sign the contract and pay the deposit
- Complete the questionnaire
- Enjoy your photoshoot
- Receive your unedited gallery and select your favourite images
- Receive your final edited gallery
Delivery
- Unedited gallery: Within 7 days of your photoshoot
Original images will be available for download upon delivery of the completed edited gallery. For wedding galleries, original images will be available for download immediately upon gallery delivery.
- Final edited gallery: Within 3–5 weeks after your selections are submitted
Please note that delivery may take longer depending on the season and workload.
- Express editing: +$120 (delivery within 2 days after your selections)
- Additional edited images: +$15 per image / $70 for 5 images
General Information
- Light retouching is included, such as skin tone adjustments, blemish removal, and subtle face and body refinements. Our editing style is natural and true to you.
- Pets are always welcome to join the session.
- To ensure a relaxed and enjoyable experience, we kindly ask that only those participating in the photoshoot attend.
- A reminder email will be sent 1–2 days before your scheduled session.
- Sessions begin at the scheduled time. If you arrive late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time.
- If you need to reschedule, please let us know at least 7 days before your session whenever possible.
- Outdoor sessions may be rescheduled due to rain or unsafe weather conditions, based on availability.
Payment Policy
A deposit is not required when submitting your inquiry form.
Once you receive and accept your quote, you'll be guided through the remaining booking steps, including signing the contract and paying the deposit to secure your session.
A $100 deposit (50% of the total booking amount for Intimate Wedding bookings) is required via e-Transfer to Dana Kim at allofmestudio@gmail.com. Please include your name and session date in the transfer memo.
- Your booking is confirmed once the deposit has been received. Session dates are reserved on a first-paid, first-served basis.
- Deposits are non-refundable after 3 days from the payment date.
- Deposits are also non-refundable if the session is cancelled within 5 days of the scheduled date, cancelled on the day of the session, or in the event of a no-show.
- The remaining balance is due on the day of your session.
- Your final gallery will be delivered once the remaining balance has been paid in full.
- Additional details and policies will be outlined in your contract, which will be provided during the booking process.
